Job Opportunities

Master’s Thesis and Research Opportunities

We have one opening for a Ph.D. student or Postdoc working with  protein-protein interaction and predicting structures for molecular complexes. Despite the tremendous success in predicting the structure of individual proteins, much of the interesting biology is taking place between proteins in large molecular assemblies. Predicting the structure of these assemblies represents a major challenge in structural biology today. The project will involve development of methods to predict structures of molecular complexes by combining experimental information with computational approaches. A general interest in protein, biophysics and programming; and a solid background in physics, computer science or bioinformatics is suitable for this position.
